Will you take my old sofa away?

Yes, and it is free. We haul your old sofa away on delivery day at no extra charge. Most companies make you pay a separate fee for this. We do not.

Do I have to assemble it myself?

No heavy assembly. Our delivery team sets it up in the room for you. The Sienna sofa bed is the one exception: it ships compressed in a box and expands on its own once unpacked.

How does the 30-day home trial work?

Live with your sofa at home for 30 days. If it is not right, we come and collect it, and you pay no courier cost to send it back.

What if I change my mind after it arrives?

Within the 30-day trial, let us know and we arrange collection. If you paid by card, your refund goes back to that card. If a card refund is not possible, we refund you by PayNow. Is your fabric good with pets and kids?

Yes, both our fabrics are made for it, in two different textures. Hydrotex&trade; is the smooth one, on the Sammie and the Skylar. Cloud Weave is the ribbed corduroy on the Sienna and the Aria sofas. Both are woven tight, so pet hair lifts off rather than working its way into the weave.Spills are a separate job. Hydrotex&trade; carries a finish that repels water and oil so they bead on the surface instead of soaking in, and on the Sienna you can add that same finish with the Cloudshield&trade; upgrade. How do I clean a spill?

Most everyday spills come off with a damp cloth. On the Stella and the Sienna the covers slip off and are washable, so you can refresh the whole thing. On the Skylar Aria and Stella Aria the cover is fixed to the foam, so blot a spill straight away and vacuum with a brush attachment.

Are the covers removable?

On the Stella and the Sienna, yes: the covers slip off and are machine washable. On the Skylar Aria and Stella Aria the cover is fixed to the foam and does not come off. For other models, message us on WhatsApp and we will tell you exactly what applies.

How does the stain-resistant finish work?

Accepted Answer

Every thread is treated so its surface repels both water and oil. An untreated fibre lets liquid spread along it and then wick down between the threads, the same way a paper towel pulls water up. The finish stops that spreading, so the surface tension of the liquid pulls it into a bead sitting on top of the weave.That keeps the pigment away from the fibre, and it keeps a spill the size of a coin instead of the size of your hand. Is the fabric waterproof?

No, and we will not claim it is. It is water and oil repellent, which means a spill beads on the surface and stays there long enough for you to lift it off with a cloth. Left sitting for hours, it will eventually find its way in.It buys you time to react. It does not remove the need to.
