Yes — free islandwide delivery is included with every sofa purchase. No minimum spend, no surcharges for upper floors or specific areas.

Yes. Free old sofa disposal is included with every delivery — no extra booking, no extra charge. Our team removes it on the same day we deliver your new sofa.

Our delivery team will contact you before arriving to confirm timing. They will bring the sofa in, position it in your space, remove all packaging, and take your old sofa away if you’ve requested disposal. The whole process is typically done within the hour.

Each product page includes full dimensions for every configuration. As a general guide, leave at least 45cm of walkway around the sofa. For HDB living rooms, the Two Seater or Three Seater works well in most layouts. Not sure? WhatsApp us your room dimensions and we’ll advise.

Yes. Visit our Experience Corner at Beauty World Centre #02-30, open daily 11.30am–7.30pm. No appointment needed. You can sit in the Sammie, feel Hydrotex™ and Oneopelle™ in person, and see the colours true-to-life before you decide.

Hydrotex™ is a performance fabric developed for Singapore’s climate. It has a hair-release weave, a spill-resistant surface, and is humidity-stable across 85–90% relative humidity year-round. It does not trap heat, does not pill with regular use, and is particularly well-suited for households with pets or young children.

Oneopelle™ is a performance leather — it has the look and feel of leather with added durability and humidity resistance. It wipes clean easily and holds up well under Singapore’s indoor conditions with normal ventilation.

Hydrotex™ — Blot spills immediately, do not rub. Vacuum with a soft brush attachment. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight.

Oneopelle™ — Wipe with a clean dry cloth. Avoid harsh cleaning agents. Humidity-stable with normal indoor ventilation.

Italian Leather — Condition every 6 months with a leather conditioner. Keep away from direct sunlight and sharp objects.

Yes — particularly in Hydrotex™. The hair-release weave means pet fur does not embed into the fabric, and the spill-resistant surface handles day-to-day accidents well. Our sofas are built for real households, not showrooms.

Our 5-year warranty covers structural defects, manufacturing issues, and upholstery problems under normal usage. It does not cover wear and tear, accidental damage, or damage from improper care. To make a claim, WhatsApp us directly — real people, no chatbot.

We offer a 30-day home trial from the date of delivery. If the sofa is not right for your space, contact us within 30 days and Paliano arranges collection at no courier cost to you. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days with no restocking fees. Full details at palianocasa.com/policies.
